All information you provide, such as E-mail addresses or any additional personal information on or through any forms found on our site, will be used solely to support your relationship with cobblestonegallery.com. We strive to develop innovative methods to better serve our users. Our services are designed and operate with the protection of your privacy in mind. You information is never sold or traded!

Return and Exchange Policy

Only merchandise in resalable condition may be returned, Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. A CobblestoneGallery.com return merchandise authorization (RMA) number is required before returning any merchandise – copy of Invoice is required. Return requests must be made within 7 days of invoice date. Returned merchandise must be received within 7 days of RMA email date. Merchandise must be in original condition. A reliable method of return delivery, and package insurance is highly recommended (we are not liable for lost or damaged items), and you must post your (RMA) number on the outside package. Special orders or custom merchandise is not subject to return.

Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number

CobblestoneGallery.com will not accept any return without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

To return an item to CobblestoneGallery.com you must first fill out a RMA request form and obtain a RMA number from CobblestoneGallery.com’s representative. Request for a RMA number by clicking on the RMA number request link below, and fill out the RMA form. Once you submit your request, CobblestoneGallery.com will e-mail you the Return Merchandise Authorization Number.

RMA Request for Return Merchandise

When you receive this number back from us, you must write this RMA number on the return package. Without an RMA Number you cannot return merchandise to CobblestoneGallery.com. Unauthorized return shipments will not be accepted.

RMA numbers are good for 7 business days.
All returns must be received by CobblestoneGallery.com within 7 business days from the email receipt of an RMA number. We are not able to accommodate walk-in returns.

About billing/shipping address mismatch

A billing address is where we would bill for a purchase and your package would be sent to. This is the way we handle billing/shipping address mismatches to prevent fraud. We must send shipments to your billing address.

Sales Tax

Sales tax of 7.25% is charged only if shipped within California, otherwise, there is no sales tax applicable.

U.S. Priority Mail 2-3 Days Delivery

If your total shipping and insurance costs are less, you will receive a credit back on your card.  Your shipment will usually be sent within 2-3 days of the receipt of your order (this allows for orders received after 5 PM on Friday and over the weekends). Our carriers require a complete street address.  Ground shipping will be used if the items do not fit regulation U.S. Priority Mail boxes.  For multiple purchases made on the same day – you will receive a refund on your credit card for excess postage when shipped.  We are sorry our system does not handle multiple postage reductions at the time of sale.  We are looking into any possible updates in the future software implementation from the developer.

Shipping Costs Outside the USA

If your shipping cost seems high please contact us. Shipping outside the USA must be occasionally handled on a case by case basis. Many countries have limitations as the size of the package and weight. Also it may be possible to use a flat rate shipping box.   Before you place an international order, it is up to you to make sure your country will accept particular items for shipment. If you place an order and it is seized by customs or “lost” in any way, we are not responsible for such loss.  Please check regulations if you have any doubts: International Policies

Although the photographs on this website were carefully selected to represent colors as accurately as possible, some variation may occur due to your monitor configuration. Check and Money Order Payment Policy

We are a PayPal preferred website; however we will accept a cashier’s check or money order,  we also will accept personal or business checks up to $100,000.00 – all will require 5-15 business days for authentication and bank clearing prior to sending products. Orders over $100,000.00 will require a bank wire transfer.
